We do not operate these services and are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party providers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your information if you fail to secure your account
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

• Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) required for your itinerary
• Arrive on time for flights, check-ins, and tour departures

4. Fees and Payments

All payments for bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers. Our service fees are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. 5. Booking Confirmations and Changes

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers. We will provide you with confirmation details once bookings are finalized. Any changes, modifications, or cancellations to your bookings must be made in accordance with the policies of the applicable service providers. Additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to changes made by service providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Tbil Travels and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tbil Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Hotel overbookings or quality issues with accommodations
• Tours or activities that do not meet your expectations
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage
• Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
• Travel restrictions, border closures, or entry requirements
• Any losses incurred due to third-party provider actions or omissions

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you to Tbil Travels.

8. Travel Documentation and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documentation, including but not limited to:

• Valid passport with sufficient validity for your destination(s)
• Required visas for all countries you will visit or transit through
• Vaccination certificates and health requirements
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Any other documentation required by airlines or immigration authorities

Tbil Travels is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or denied boarding resulting from failure to meet travel documentation requirements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tbil Travels, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your failure to comply with travel documentation requirements

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

11. Force Majeure
